Zahnow Families,
In January, we will start out the new year by focusing on good sleep habits! If you want to send in pictures of your child in PJs, reading a book, or completing their nighttime routine, we will share them!
Helpful Hints:
Reading together before bed
Cutting screen time off one hour before bedtime
Removing all electronic devices from the bedroom at night
Creating designated tech or activity areas outside of the bedroom
Create a regular nighttime routine
